Eligibility Requirements

To receive services, you must:

  • Submit an application that is signed and dated
  • Live within the 477 Program service areaProvide proof of tribal enrollment, affiliation, descendant status, or a Certificate of Degree of
  • Indian or Alaska Native Blood (CDIB)
  • Register for Selective Service if required (waivers may be available)
  • Sign an Individual Service Plan (ISP)

Additional Eligibility (At Least One Required)

You must also meet at least one of these conditions:

  • Low income
  • Unemployed
  • Underemployed
  • Youth
  • At-risk youth
  • Elder
  • Need help building job or life skills
  • Going through a major life transition
  • Homeless
  • At risk of homelessness
  • Need support during a crisis
  • Veteran status
  • Disability
  • Re-entry after incarceration
  • Need childcare support
  • Other qualifying at-risk factors
