Eligibility Requirements
To receive services, you must:
- Submit an application that is signed and dated
- Live within the 477 Program service area
- Provide proof of tribal enrollment, affiliation, descendant status, or CDIB documentation
- Register for Selective Service if required (waivers may be available)
- Sign an Individual Service Plan (ISP)
Additional Eligibility (At Least One Required)
You must also meet at least one of these conditions:
- Low income
- Unemployed
- Underemployed
- Youth
- At-risk youth
- Elder
- Need help building job or life skillsGoing through a major life transition
- Homeless
- At risk of homelessness
- Need support during a crisis
- Veteran status
- Disability
- Re-entry after incarceration
- Need childcare support
- Other qualifying at-risk factors
